    A bittern popped out of the reeds at Bittern Hide, on a very sunny day at Minsmere.

    We joined the small crowd up near the sluice where a wryneck had been spotted. It flew around landing in trees and bushes making a few photos possible, but very hard to spot, very well camouflaged!
