    Bird of Prey Id please in UK

    This bird of prey was at RSPB Sandy in Bedfordshire England last week. Apologies for the quality but there was a heat haze and it was digiscoped from about 250 yards. I have my suspicions about what it is, but can anybody offer a positive ID please.
