    Eagle or Vulture or ??? Eugene, Oregon USA 2022/06/14

    Saw this bird soaring overhead a couple of times before flying away. At first I considered Bald Eagle (they're fairly common here) but the head looked too small, plus I thought I saw some rufous coloring along the back. Any help is appreciated!

    Help with hummingbird - Las Vegas, NV

    Unfortunately this is the only view I got. Brightened photo and increased contrast. I'm familiar with Anna's, but this one just didn't look "Anna's like" to me. Gorget was definitely red.

    Swallows? Orange County, California

    Saw these groups of probable swallows that I need help with. Size, behavior were all swallow; I would guess Northern-rough Wings but the yellowish hue near vents is confusing me. It was clearly visible in the field and not photo artifacts. As always, thank you for your time.
