    Plain Prinia. Even in winter, Rufescent has a grey head contrasting with a warm brown back and bright rufous wings, a supercililum that doesn't extend beyond the eye, a different undertail pattern and a shorter tail. I don't think you'd see one right out in the open like that either.

    I think that's a juvenile - they sometimes have a hint of reddish coloration at the base of the bill. I'd never seen one with a bill that was wholly yellowish. If the bill is deformed rather than broken, maybe that's the reason.
