    Small yellow/black bird in the city

    This morning as I was going out, I saw a small bird. Yellow/Black feathered, very tiny, looks like a finch/canary/sparrow kinda bird. Top is black, bottom/belly is bright yellow. It was on the bumper of another car and when he backed up the bird fell, and jumped under my jeep. I couldn't leave...
