I contacted the animal rescue charity the other day, and they managed to find the donkey from the directions we gave them. They had him humanely put to sleep.

Russian Army standard issue, apparently. He took the badge off though!! Chance would be a fine thing. It was one of those things Keith was using to carry his scope that I bought. Seems they changed the name from Scopac to Mule.

So, was it you who served me with my Mule when we popped in to Cley Spy on Sunday? I was diverted a little by tripods.

    Compatible Cartridges for Epson R800

I've just bought the R1800, but haven't set it up yet. I was looking into continuous ink systems, but have been advised on the following site to stick with the Epson originals for the best performance. This thread may help you: http://www.photo-i.co.uk/BB/viewtopic.php?t=122 I have only ever...

New PC; transfer of e-mail problem. Help?

OE is not the easiest programme to backup and restore, as I've discovered in the past. I've found the following site very useful: http://www.insideoe.com/backup/ I've done the Clone backup, but you might find the Simple backup useful to get you out of your predicament. I think the renaming of...

I bet it's laughing at you, Keith!! I've been thinking of having a look for that myself, not being too far away. Don't think I'll bother if it's that elusive!

    Zonealarm and BF

Change to the free edition of Sygate Firewall. No problems with images on my computer at home and work. Had no end of problems when I tried Zone Alarm - got rid straight away. IMG and HTML are shown as off on my pages and I can still see thumbnails.

    Old Moor RSPB

To gain access to the reserve you have to go through the visitor centre, so if it's not open you won't get in. I'm not sure, but I think at the moment they are still on summer hours, so may open at 9.30, but don't quote me on that. We called in last week and I'm sure it was earlier than 10am.

    Anybody been to Cleethorpes

We went a couple of weeks ago, but the tide was well out. The time before that, about two years ago, the rising tide pushed loads of birds up the beach to the right of the leisure centre. We are thinking of visiting again soon when high tide is at a more reasonable hour, and meet up with...

Not far from Pugney's there is Angler's CP and Wintersett Reservoir, but I'm not sure about the opening times, or whether you can still get in after hours.
