Stilt Sandpiper or Dunlin? tampa march 24

My initially thought was Dunlin, but I believe that it is a Stilt Sandpiper. The birds legs are reflected in the water and they appear to be greenish, and too long for Dunlin.

Can you help me identify this bird call 1?

I uploaded your file to Birdnet, but it was unable to come up with anything reasonable. The top choices were Baltimore Oriole and Eurasian Bullfinch, neither of which is likely.

    Mississippi Kite in SE Minnesota?

I would wager that the bird you saw was a Northern Shrike, the same thing that the person who started this thread saw. I can't find any records of either Mississippi Kite or White-tailed Kite in Minnesota in the winter.
