New Nikon Coolpix P330

iPhone 5 might be good
I played around with the iPhone 5 camera specs in my spreadsheet today and was suprised to see it achieves the max focal length/largest aperture possible for digiscoping. New Olympus TG-1

New Bushnell Legend Ultra HD products
Noticed this a few weeks ago but forgot to post about it. Bushnell will bring to market 10x42 Legend Ultra HD MONOCULAR and a 10x25 folding compact. The compact is another ho-hum product but the monocular could be interesting for backcountry and long distance hiking.- RJM

Even though the DEV-5 was released last Fall I never bothered to look for them on my monthly trawls of the optics shops. 2012 Coolpix P310

Small/light QUALITY cameras
I got to shoot with the Fuji X10 again yesterday, this time with a memory card. Write performance improved considerably with card vs. the miserly 26MB internal memory. Fieldscope & EDG eyepieces?
Just did a cursary search for Nikon Fieldscope MC, DS and EDG eyepieces and none of the major USA dealers seem to be stocking them! Not even on the Nikon USA Sports Optics site either. WTF! Still all available in Japan and listed on their global site however. -

Lensalign MkII
