Lumix G80 + 100/300 Power OIS vs Sony RX10Mk3 vs Nikon P900 vs Lumix FZ330

Looking for some advice please! First and foremost, I am a birder who likes to get record shots of birds and wildlife. I almost never print, content just to look at images on my monitor. A lot of my shots tend to be on wetlands at the long end of the zoom. Current camera for last 4 years Lumix...

Warbler ID Greece mid August 2013

Please can you ID this warbler for me. I have shown it to several friends and have several candidates crossing 3 families! I watched the bird for an hour. I never heard it call and apart from fairly clumsy crashing about in the veg it had no other characteristic behavioural traits at all.

    Nikon P6000 sunshade?

I have just bought a virtually new Nikon P6000 to use with my Kowa 883 and zoom. Can anyone recommend a good sunshade for the viewing screen especially if it is attachable and/or has a lens to magnify the screen a bit like the old EagleEye Xtend-a-view? Many thanks for any help. Dave

    Lumix GH1 anyone?

Has anybody taken the plunge with the GH1 yet for digiscoping? I am intrigued to know how it will perform both as a digiscoping camera? and for video-scoping long distance birds in poor light or windy conditions? Thanks for any insights.. Dave

UK Price increases - make sure your kits covered!

With several price increases already through and further substantial increases on the way, don't forget to increase the value of your insurance cover. Even a 'new for old' policy will NOT fully cover new equipment if the value you have insured the item for is less than the new increased price...

    Odd pairings!

While at Titchwell three weeks ago, there was a commotion at the back of the Freshmarsh...everything went up! Scanning the skies I soon located the culprit, a dark phase arctic skua which toured the freshmarsh for a couple of minutes. Apparently satisfied with the mayhem he had caused; the bird...
