Quail Does anyone know if Quail are breed and released in Norfolk specifically around Hall farm/Narford lake on the Narford rd. I ask this as 3 weeks ago I could have sworn I had a Quail flush from the side of the rd. I know the are migratory, but the size and way it flew up flapping like hell...

    Norfolk mammals

I watched them with my old Dad a while back and there is absolutely no need to feed them, as they come so close anyway. If the photographers had a bit more wildlife sense then they would be able to anticipate where the Otters will be. When I was there some of them lacked basic skills in regards...

Planet Earth Live....new series May 2012

+1 The bloke is shall we say out of his depth, very annoying, especially when he apologizes for anything he is about to say. The BBC seems to think he is flavour of the month, which from my point of view is not.

Hello Ben, I think you have hit the nail on the head, 10 yrs ago you hardly saw a telephoto lens, but everywhere you go you see a few photographers. Linford Arboretum Hawfiches

Hello David. Its so frustrating the majority of birders and Bird photographers would not dream of this act, as they are one of our rarer birds and flighty with it. :flyaway: I must add that I have seen a couple of them at the feeding station, but it seems the flock split around the time of...
