Zeiss 8x32 has arrived.. Unboxing
PYRTLE - since the post you mentioned they send me SF 10x42, HT 10x42 and Conquest HD 10x42 for testing. But it was in 2016... Mark - Zeiss scored very well in endurance test taking 1st place so it is not argument for not sending me SF 8x32. However, maybe again something is wrong with baffling... -

Deltrintem 8x30 was from 1985, not from 1978. Jenoptem 7x50 and Deltrintem 8x30 (both with T3M coatings) were measured using the same equippment. The differences in transmission might come from different specimens and also from absorption of the light in glass. Bigger 7x50 model indicates... -

All Binocular Manufacturers
I would mention Canon (with stabilized binos in offer), Olympus and Kahles. I am not sure about Vanguard. The might have their own plant... Still there is some insignificant production of binoculars from East European countries. From time to time limited series of Polish PZO 7x45Z are made for...- Arek

Henry, many thanks for valuable comments. I have just corrected the article. The light transmission shown in the article is for 8x42 FL model which was tested in our endurance test in 2012/2013. This means it is LotuTec version. FL 32 was announced in September 2004. -
