    UK Gull ID

    I'm OK on the second bird but any ideas on the Gull - not very good with these - especially from this angle. This is on Mull - there were Common, Herring, Greater Black Backed around (and probably more).

    Thanks for the suggestions. I got a little tray type feeder and put some mealworms in for the Robin. Originally put it a bit away from the other feeders but Robin completely ignored it.     I have I rather aggressive Robin in the garden at the moment. So far this morning he has chased of the Nuthatch and a Blue Tit from the seed feeder! He struggles to eat rom the feeder as I have squirrel guards on them and the Robin won't perch, only try to hover and grab a bite. I wonder if...

    Hi, I think these are Redwing? I have quite a few of these birds flying around in the woods behind the flat this morning feeding off berries. They are moving about with some perching up in the higher branches for a bit. This is in Middx. Could only manage this dodgy photo.

    I have a Gortex Pac-lite jacked (Berghaus) and it is excellent, really lightweight but comfortable to wear and properly waterproof.
