    Advice needed - starling trapped in loft

    I'm guessing it got in under the eaves and now can't find its way back out. How can I help it find its way out? The bird may well have been in there since yesterday afternoon (cats behaving oddly) so could be hungry/thirsty. If I go into the loft it flies away and hides - there's a lot of junk...
