    back to orange. just because a name says orange it does not have to be. in my garden i have a japanese maple called "orange dream" that has green leaves whitch turn yellow in autumn, also an amur maple that has the most stunning orange and red leaves in the falls

    going back to your first picture. it's a male in eclipse plumage so thats may be the reason you couldn't find a picture.

    UK Gull - fuscus

    if you can find a picture of the Lackford Lake possible fuscus from earlier in the year and compare the size difference you will notice a great deal of size between it and lbb gull. almost black headed gull in size.

    stuart just checked the wwt website and they still class welney as the ouse washes. the blue winged teal was a cracked bird, showed well close in front of the hide

    have watched a steady stream of swifts today flying south. c200+ in total. i live in mid cambridgeshire
