If we go here we can see two Saby Paul Joseph Ficher des décès (INSEE) Commune Paris Commune Creuse No idea how to research INSEE. Nevertheless I dont think Insee Social Security Death Index will help to find our Saby as it starts from 1970 (when he would be 110 Years old).- Taphrospilus

There might be an explanaition. If you look e.g. here 11 of 31 No 995 you can see that the death for this lady might be registered between 2 and 5 August. But she died 20 July 1945. All this records are indicated by Transcription. In case of Joseph Paul Saby the death might be registered 4...- Taphrospilus
