    (still no Uganda, though) https://observation.org/species/76400/observations/ https://www.africanbirdclub.org/afbid/search/browse/species/2142 The way some of the eBird observations are quite close to the Ugandan border makes me think it's entirely possible. Perhaps all visiting birders tick it...

    Hello, have a look here: Sign in, and here: Magpie Starling (Speculipastor bicolor) :: xeno-canto. I don't see any in Uganda, though: the closest observations are in Kenya.
