    Plenty of Swifts an Swallows in and around Powis since sunday last. Swifts are looking at there old nesting sites. Which is great cause I can sit and watch them go in and out from the livingroom window. Cheers AL

    Saw the Grebe this afternoon fishing in the Bay of Nigg 1st one I have seen in Aberdeen and always thought they were a fresh water bird. was well chuffed . Thanks for the heads up on the here Mark. Cheers AL

    Aye the Dolphins put on a rare show this morning . Saw the Glonk round by the fishhouses but missed the Mergansers though . great time round there if a tad blurstery. Cheers AL

    Saw the Glaucous today round about Lunch time when headin to the ness. Crackin bird and only the second one I have seen this year 1st being on Oronsay in Aug. Heres a pic from today. Cheers AL

    I was surprised that the gulls were not feeding on it already . I was there yesterday morning and no birds were near it. Did see the Hen Sparrowhawk make a halfhearted attack on the Oystercatchers and the Bottlenose Dolphins off the Torry Coo. a few Curlews on the rocks But that was about it ...
