    Seeing this, I'm reminded of when I showed my copy of Tim's book to a birding friend and art enthusiast. After discussion of the different artists and styles, her comment was - "I really like these Mike Woodcock paintings". Honour indeed, when you look at some of the other names in that book!

    That's a cracking otter, Mike. I'm having a good run of spotting these at the moment, I've seen one practically every day for a month or so while out walking the dog.     Amongst many other things I like about this painting is the slight blurring on the peregrine's wingtips which gives a real impression of movement. How big is it?
