    probably impossible to make assumptions about posture in this bird based in this one shot......from what there is to see it does look fine for Caspian check out Martin G's paper in BB 1997 vol 1&2

    Caspian-ish with the dark eye etc.....bill looks a little bright (slightly armenicus as mentioned by Chris) but legs look good too. Somewhere from that part of the world maybe another gull mystery after a second look I'll stick with Michael and a Caspian
