    Jason, With those dates -- too early for most spring migrants -- your best bet is probably birding on the coast for loons, grebes, ducks, gulls, perhaps alcids. Rough-legged Hawk, Short-eared Owl, Northern Shrike would also be possible. You should be able to find most of the common...
