    If you don't see any veiling glare and if the weight is important to you, the SV 8x32 may well be ideal. I really like the HT, however, I'm after somewhat lighter binoculars nowadays. Carrying an 800 gr binocular around my neck all day isn't that much fun anymore. By the way, I know the...

    10x32 advice

    Viewing e.g. the edge of a wood under a bright but overcast day=Veiling glare. Not immediately visible but it does kill the contrast. Such light conditions aren't that rare. Hermann
