    The oiled Juvenile harrier autumn 2011 - Shetland, UK

    I,m also inclined to identify the oiled harrier as Montagu's. The main reson for the doubt I expressed was the wingformula and the notched p7. Sructurally it looks better fot Montagu's, notice the pin thin tail in some of the pic. I'm not aware of it's further destiny. JanJ
