    Large 'White-headed' Gull - Henan China

    A friend in Henan China has just photographed this gull, and would like assistance with the ID. My view is that it is probably a 'Heuglin's' Gull, due to inner primary pattern, suspended moult, head pattern and general jizz. My friend was wondering about Slaty-backed, but it doesn't seem right...
