    House Wren or Winter Wren? Park in Western Mass, not near water

    Appears to be very contrasty pale (don't think this is a good feature for Winter Wren?) on the underparts, with limited barring on the flanks, upperparts look to be a rich (almost rufous) brown, the feathering on the head is somewhat disheveled (just bathed?)...might Carolina be a contender? cheers
