    Swift Skipper Binoculars

    Those appear to be the screws that go thru the prism plate and secure the prism cluster assembly to the body. Somewhat "easy" to fix - you would need to remove the eyepiece assembly, eyepiece tube, and then the prism cover to gain access. You might expect some damage like chipped or broken...
