    Oh I see, other posts also about issues, eyecups blah blah blah and going back to Portugal 3 times. But at least not an AI bot. Genuinely hope he receives a replacement new pair but we might never know.

    Unfortunately this does happen quite often, a quick initial post to grumble then scoot off if they don't receive the support they seek or as you suggest the matter was resolved. Unfair sometimes, still,waiting for a similar thread update elsewhere.

    Where is that piece of information ( returned 3 times ) from exactly? Would still have thought some sort of update might be forthcoming after one month......you just don't scrap £2000+ worth of optics after only 18 months of use unless they were damaged and uninsured.
