    Lightweight & budget tripod for Opticron MM4 60mm scope

    The 128RC weighs a whopping 1kg so is a bit too heavy for you going on your stated requirements! I would consider a Manfrotto 700RC2 (0.5kg) with such a light scope. I use one with a Leica APO62 and its more than up to the job; a basic 'micro fluid' head but offers decent stability and control...
