    Gijs is absolutely right about the little Meopta. This superb bino looks a little odd in photographs but in real life it looks and feels just right and has excellent optics. I should also mention Kowa's Genesis 8x33 which is also a terrific performer. Lee

    The BNs will give a bit of extra brightness at dawn and dusk (assuming your pupils dilate enough) but they will also be less demanding with regard to eyeplacement as the bigger exit pupil is more accommodating. You don't wear glasses now so this advantage might not be as obvious to you, but...
