    For those who are interested, the 'subjects' in the photo (L to R) are: Me, John Higginson (now living on the Scillies), Laurie Allen (of this thread), Dave Bird (now in Germany), and Martin (Laurie's uncle). The venue is the Jolly Crispin (Sedgley) from c1985. Dave Burns passed the photo onto...

    Apologies for going off topic, but couldn't resist a photo containing this threads main contributor ! But which one is he ? Bonus points for identifying the venue. A regular Sunday night haunt in the mid 80's for catching up with who'd seen what over the weekend.
