    coverts look brown to me with dark carpal patch, a standard chcolate form, the second bird is very pale indeed but not all white, on some pictures you can see some pattern

    yes both are juveniles and I don’t think pale juveniles will become pale adults as these are much more uncommon, same for the chocolate brown form that will become standard adults
