    For all you folks who have been birding in Costa Ri9ca, Ecuador and Peru, what can you tell me about the equatorial climate (Eduador and Peru) and subtropical climate (Costa Rica)? For Ecuador and Peru which involves high elevations is there a strenuous problem for seniors (I am healthy though)...
