Great technique, atmosphere captured beautifully reminds me of recent holidays on Mull, and across on the East coast.

Is very nice..I too love the species there, and agree to the comment about the beautiful palette.The contrast of shapes and the extreme morphology of the subjetcs creates a never ending loop of interest..Excellent subject,and a wonderful painting...I can see the red dot by its side as soon as it gets exhibited...If not sooner

An uplifting sign that winter is almost gone (for a couple of months, anyway) is the wonderful, evocative melody of cock willow warblers. I bumped into several a couple of day ago which inspired this watercolour;
