Purple Emperors in Fermyn Wood, Northants. (1 Viewer)

Hi, just a quick heads up to let anyone interested know that the Purple Emperors have been out here since at least Saturday. Although most sightings are coming from Lady Wood (in the second block of woodland) I saw one within yards of the entrance.

Thanks, Purple Emperors are perhaps our most stunning butterflies, it's not hard to take a nice picture when the subject matter is so beautiful.
