Not sure location will help though as I think these might be domesticated.

A fireman friend came upon them outside under a table at a house fire he was working on with his crew. After the fire was put to rest they looked all over for a parent and came upon a pile of feathers so are assuming something got the parent. They are at a rehabbers now but even the rehabber isn't sure what she has.
