dove, middlesex county, central NJ (1 Viewer)

This dove hung around my backyard yesterday, July 25. It was a very pale gray, nearly white, with a distinct black collar around the back of his neck. Pink legs and feet. It was alone. It was the size of a mourning dove. It perched on my railing and perched in the tree. It flew down below the feeder. I have attempted to attach some utterly miserable quality pictures.

Could be. It's certainly pale enough. Ringed Turtle-doves are smaller than Eurasian Collared-doves, hardly larger than Mourning Doves.
