We keep several feeders including suet blocks, but have not been able to get the Pileated Woodpeckers that cruise through weekly to stop in and stay awhile. Anybody have any sure fire ideas for attracting these great birds?

my local nature center near Cleveland,Oh draws them in periodically with suet. The center is located in a riparian habitat that has a large population of pileateds. They seem to be most interested in the suet from Jan-March.They tend to leave the seed feeders for the smaller headbangers.
