1 - Horrible picture, not sure what it is.. a sparrow?/
2-3 are the same bird.. possibly vesper sparrow?
4 - house sparrow female??

It does seem a bit like a Lark Bunting yet there seems to be no white whatsoever.

I'd have to go with Brewer's Blackbird or Cowbird.
