Identification of an owl (2 Viewers)

Hello,
I am new on the forum, I address you to be able to identify a bird of prey.
For some weeks I can admire it going hunting at the end of the day on a ground in Normandy. I thought of a Short-eared owl because of the diurnal customs but by looking at photos on Google I am not any more if on, the problem it is that I do not see which the other owl could do.
Here is one photo to help you to identify it is not very net but she allows of to guess characteristic of the bird of prey
