Hi.
There has been a lot written on here about this.
I found very useful indeed a website called Photographylife and a writer called Nasim Mansurov.
On 24 January he wrote a feature titled "Recommended Canon 7D Mark II Settings".
This is excellent and goes through the menu page by page.
Try it.
