I have a feral pigeon in the garden, been here for a few days with colour ringed legs

Left leg green band over blue band
Right leg pink band (No 15546)

Anyone know how to find out more of this bird

Got a few more details
Pink ring actually reads: GB9 H 15546

The green ring has a phone number on it but I need it to sit still to read that... lol

Just contacting the pigeon racing association..... its a cute thing as it happens, sat on the door step now
