Bands on Turnstones (1 Viewer)

I found these 2 Ruddy Turnstones in the Caribbean with bands/rings on can anybody tell me where they were banded please.

The birds in question here have most likely been marked in Delaware Bay on the east coast of the USA. The Turnstone in the left phot has a flag with an inscribed unique code, if this can be read then the indivudual may be able to be traced.
