Hello everyone, I had join the forum about a month ago and posted a tread about putting up a squirrel guard (black in color) and since that time the birds have dis-appear. I was getting sparrows, finches, blue jays, crows etc etc, and now there are none. I have since taken down the guard and still no birds.
The only animals eating the feed are the squirrels which at this point I dont mine, at least the feed is being eaten.

Is this normal ? Or what can I do to bring em back ? Any Ideas like changing the bird feed ? I am using a general wild bird seed from Sear's.

I loved our little feather friends and feel enjoyment when they are all having a great feed....

Thanks in advance for any advice or ideas you can give me. Jim from Long Island New York :t:
