The Daddy Lion
I saw a bird I'd never seen before today. At first I thought it was a Turkey Vulture, but as it got closer, I saw the wings were bent like a gull's, but still long like a vulture's. As it got closer, I saw it was white or gray underneath with dense black or brown spots.

I've never seen anything remotely like it. Can anyone help me at all?

Osprey?

That's what I thought. It could've been an Osprey, that would be awesome, but the wings weren't really hawkish. I don't know... what do Osprey wings look like?
