I saw these birds in Minnesota around August. I posted 4 and 5 a while ago but people weren't sure but suspected least flycatcher. I wonder if 1, 2, and 3 are the same kind of bird?
As Larry said, this genus is difficult to identify to species, especially from photos. That said, Least Flycatcher seems reasonable. But you probably wouldn't want to actually assign an identification based on these photos.
