Cisticola, South Africa (1 Viewer)

I saw this one in Suikerbosrand nature reserve, just south of Johannesburg, on the 13th of August. Habitat was hilly dry grassland (see 2nd picture). I'm trying to identify cisticolas with the Sasol Birds of S Africa guide but I'm not having much luck.. Wailing Cisticola?

Wailing is probably a good call on habitat alome but I'm not sure if we'd see the streaking on the crown in a shot like this?

I always target Cisticolas with a recording now, it's nigh on impossible to go beyond 'probable' with some.

I agree with Andy; the habitat indicates Wailing Cisticola Cisticola lais. The 'photo could be of Rattling Cisticola C. chiniana, but that is found in bushveld (see F. Peacock 2012, Chamberlain's LBJs, pp. 232-233).
