Agia Napa or Aiya Napa is brilliantly placed for visiting Cape Greco, an excellent headland for Migrants (you'll be a bit late perhaps for the best but still worth the effort) and also specialities such as Cyprus Pied Wheater and Cyprus Warbler.
The fields around here and nearby Protaras hold Black Francolin. Any wetland area can be good, Phassouri especially so but you would need a car. i visited in May and will dig out my notebook to give you a sample of what we saw. Also try www.eurobirding.com for a selection of reports from Cyprus for more detail. Have a great time!
