floridia vacation birds

A tern I think I know this bird but would like confirmation belive it is a bit rare and also a hawk for ID both pictures taken in floridia 20 miles east of Orlando

I agree with Gull-billed Tern. The hawk is an immature Red-shouldered.

Agree with gull-billed and red-shoulder. Note the light crescents in the wings on the hawk.
