You might do better for the GN Divers from the Wrabness side- up to 4 have been seen from there over the last few days, including today:

- 1 by the southern of the two channel markers, just east from the E end of the Wrabness huts and then

- 1-3 also on the south side, just west from the west end of the Wrabness huts.

It was rather choppy this morning but I managed 2-3, including one very close in.

cheers for that ed is that accessed through the rspb wood reserve or do you go into wrabnesss

Via the wood would work for the E bird, but easiest option is to go into Wrabness, follow road over the railway to the layby before the church- then walk down footpath past the caravan site to river and walk left (west- along the line of huts).

Or maybe you can get a barge- I was happily communing with one of the GNDs when a Thames barge lumbered up with mostly tourists up front, but a couple of birders getting great views of it over the side.
