Does the 128RC head fit on Velbon CF635?
Hello,
does the manfrotto 128RC head fit on the Velbon CF-635 without any thread adaptor?

Yes, it's the head I have on my CF635.

Hi Kristoffer,
I used 128LP on Velbon CF-630 with no problems. The thread size is 3/8'' as far as I remember. Cheers Maciej |

Great. I managed to find info that I might need to unscrew the screw on the tripod and change direction on it in order to fit it on the 128RC. Anyway, I ordered it now. I like my Velbon 51Q head but I guess all birders sooner or later return to the 128. I have owned it before and will soon own it again.
