Here's what we have:- Opticron GS65 'scope + Canon EOS 1000D camera and a Pentax Optio WS80 camera. Grateful for best advice on which combination and what adaptors/mounts to use to get best results. Thanks in anticipation.

Bobsleigh - two different solutions for the two cameras.

Canon - this is the easy one. 40607 Canon EOS T-mount (£18) replaces the lens on the camera body. This can then be attached to a) 40215 Telephotoadaptor (£99) or b) a push fit adaptor (around £50 but you need to let us know which eyepiece you have to determine the exact model). More info here:

http://www.opticron.co.uk/Pages/telephoto_slr.htm

Pentax - there are a few universal mount options available. The Opticron solution is our part number 40849 UDCA (£98). Others are available from e.g. SRB-Griturn.

Cheers, Pete

Firstly - thank you, Walt-m, for the lead and next, thank you to Pete Gamby for making contact with extremely useful information and leads. I'd almost given up hope of getting a reply! I shall check out all the leads and do the costings before ordering.I am certain the best solution for me is well catered for.
Thanks again,
Bob
